A Mentor will be given, with an arranged virtual orientation to begin.
Ongoing interactions with your mentor that involving developing research projects and career construction.
Attend an in-person meeting with your mentor sponsored by USTMA.
Attend the annual USTMA Investigator Meeting in the Fall.
Establish long-term interactions, connections and collaborations with your mentor for stronger career potential.
